Abortion is legal in North Dakota with some restrictions. Currently the law makes abortion legal until the point of "viability" based on the development of the fetus. North Dakota law also requires counseling and a 24 hour or more waiting period before returning for an abortion. The law requires that a parent or guardian give their consent for a minor child to have an abortion.State of the State

Although abortion is legal n North Dakota there are no abortion providers in the state and there are no Care Net Affiliated pregnancy centers
